Trained phlebotomist arrives
In uniform, with an ID card, using a fresh sealed needle and vacutainer opened in front of you. You'll get their name and photo on WhatsApp before they arrive.
Sample transported in cold chain
Samples are barcoded at collection and moved to the lab in a temperature-controlled box within two hours.

Common questions
Is home sample collection free?
Yes, on orders of ₹500 and above within our service area. Below ₹500 there is a ₹100 collection charge.
Which tests need fasting, and for how long?
Fasting is needed for blood sugar (fasting), lipid profile, liver and kidney function panels, iron studies and insulin — 10 to 12 hours, water allowed. Thyroid, CBC, vitamin D, B12 and most hormone tests do not require fasting. Each test on this site shows its fasting requirement.
How soon will I get my report?
Most routine tests the same day; standard packages within 24 hours. Hormone panels, cultures and specialised tests take 48–72 hours. The expected time is shown against every test before you book.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
Not for routine tests and health packages — you can book directly. Some tests (certain hormone, genetic and drug-level tests) require a prescription by regulation, and we will tell you at booking.
Are your prices lower because quality is lower?
No. Our prices are lower because we do not pay referral commissions to doctors or hospitals, which typically add 30–50% to a test's price in India. Our accuracy is externally audited under NABL accreditation.
Can I get a doctor to explain my report?
Yes. A free 10-minute phone consultation with a physician is included with every health package, to walk you through what the values mean and whether anything needs follow-up.
Is my medical data kept private?
Reports are accessible only through OTP verification on your registered mobile number. We do not sell or share your data with insurers, pharmacies or marketers.
What if I need to reschedule the collection?
Call or WhatsApp us any time before the slot. There is no rescheduling or cancellation charge.
